Safe Haven Living began with a single mission by founder Shanika Platt - to provide people with the same comfort, love and security she always valued within her own family. After witnessing firsthand how challenging livelihood can be for vulnerable adults, Shanika created housing for those who often go overlooked - seniors, adults with disability, and individuals facing sudden housing challenges. Safe Haven Living therefore, is more than just housing. It is a place where residents feel visible, uplifted, and most of all EMPOWERED.
